On these days the bed linen will also be changed and you will receive fresh towels for the bathroom and pool.

Additional information about the booking process:
After we have confirmed your booking request within 48 hours, your booking request will become a binding booking upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total price, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email. The deposit must be credited to our account within 5 calendar days be. If we do not receive payment from you in the amount of the deposit during this period, we reserve the right to rent our house to someone else.
A further 50% of the total price must be paid up to 4 weeks before the first overnight stay. We do not send a payment reminder for this payment or the remaining payment!
The remaining payment of 25% is due upon arrival.
Cash or card payments are not possible at any time!
If payment is delayed for more than a week, the booking will be canceled and cancellation costs may apply.
Payments are possible to our account in Germany or Greece as well as via PAYPAL.
When paying via PAYPAL there is a 2% fee on the total price.
Cancellation costs:
25% of the total price up to 60 days before the first overnight stay.
After that 100% of the total price.
We strongly recommend taking out insurance to cover the costs incurred in the event of a trip cancellation.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot bear this risk on our part.
Pool heating:
The big pool and the outdoor jacuzzi can be heated on request.
Heating of the pools is not included in the rental fee.
For additional 300 EUR/week the big pool can be heated up to roundabout 24 degrees and/or for additional 150 EUR per week the Jacuzzy can be heated up to roundabout 27 degrees. Temperatures might vary depending on weather conditions such as heavy winds and night temperatures below 15 degrees. Target temperatures are provided between noon and approx. 18,30.
